Finding momentum in uncertainty

Uncertainty leaves the future open. At Building Green Copenhagen, Flemming Rafn presents Hope and Dark Green Momentum, exploring the possibilities and challenges of regenerative approaches in a time of rapid change.

September 10, 2026

The keynote connects this year’s theme, Navigating Uncertainty – Hope Through Action, with a central conviction behind Rafn Studio: the conditions we face are still ours to shape. Through regenerative visions and concrete cases, it considers where meaningful momentum towards 2050 can emerge.

The programme also features Anne Lacaton of Lacaton & Vassal, Mogens Lykketoft, Emma Holten, Jonas Janke of b+ and Nans Voron of SCAPE.

Copenhagen provides the visual setting, too. Building on contributions to previous editions, Flemming’s photographs from Nordhavn form the backdrop to this year’s theme.
